Ross McBride

After studying graphic design in Japan at the Japan University Department of Art, designer Ross McBride found his love for product, furniture and interior design. In 1991, Ross began working independently after working at several design studios and offices, to further expand upon his passion of product design. In 1997, he opened his first public exhibition “12 Timepieces” at the Ozone Gallery in Shinjuku, Tokyo. Since then, McBride has exhibited at 100% Design London, Salone Satellite in Milan, ICFF New York and Tokyo Designers Block. He has also received the TDB Award in 2003 for best installation design and has worked on a number of projects for Duende, E&Y, Max Ray, Starbucks, Sharp and Sony.
